Accessories

For specific customer applications, the below advanced accessories are included with Pumps for enhanced operation.

1. Dry Run Sensor:

Pumps have to be protected from an issue called Dry Run. This happens when the stators function without the flow of the fluid. Results in damage to stator. To prevent such a scenario, PT100, a resistance thermometer prove is used to sense the temperature of stator and to stop the pump when the temperature exceeds a set limit.

2. Product Sensor:

This mechanism is used to automate the functioning of the pump. It switches on the pump when a product is sensed in the pump inlet automatically. 

3. Automatic Pressure Sensor:

Mainly used in applications to sense the output liquid pressure. It compares the measured pressure value with a threshold and automatically switches on and off the pump based on the difference between the two.

4. Pressure Regulator:

This is used to control the flow rate and pressure of the pump. These can vary as per customer needs and is achieved by varying the motor RPM.

5. Single phase to three phase convertors:

Progressive cavity pumps use three phase motors for its working. However, at times customer may have the facility for a single phase only. These convertors are useful in such instances, to run a three-phase motor with a single-phase power line.

6. Hopper Pump:

Certain applications have viscous, thick, concentrated, sticky fluids. In such cases, the flow of these liquids is enhanced with help of a hopper (or feeder).

7. Customizable Hopper:

This is an application specific accessory whose shape is designed to match the pipework of customer – be it circular (or) rectangular in shape.

8. Liquid Injection Port:

This accessory is specifically suited for biogas sector. It has a separate injection port for allowing liquid manure which is combined with materials of high dry solid content in the inlet to ensure effective functioning of the pump.

9. Reversable:

PCP pump can be operated as top/end Suction/ delivery and also it can be operated as Top/end delivery/suction with same performance.

10. Portable Pump:

Pumps might be required to have movability feature for added ease of usage. To ensure this, wheels are mounted on pumps base plate for quick mobility.

11. Mesh (Filtration for Hopper):

This mechanism is used to filter the big Solid Particals before entering the Pump. Which Prevents in damaging the Pumps Internal Parts. Up to 4mm Particals can be filtered.
